| Majestic Insurance was looking to consolidate their employees from two separate, uninspired office spaces. The company’s president fell in love with 101 California for its commanding views and convenient location. The client envisioned having an impressive reception area and boardroom that took advantage of views while maintaining a modest budget for the overall project. Notable features include an elegant reception area and boardroom with custom wood paneling, stone floor, and sophisticated furnishings for frequent events for clients and employees. More private spaces—private offices, open workspace, break room, and production room—were built to be light, functional, and pleasant work environments. |
