Randy Scott has over 25 years of experience in the pre-construction, design, design-implementation and implementation of large multi-disciplinary projects. As Senior Vice President – Critical Facilities, Randy is ultimately responsible for all aspects of construction oversight and consultation associated with Skyline’s Critical Facilities’ activities. Randy has deep knowledge of building infrastructure and systems and offers project teams a level of expertise rarely matched by competitors.
