Complementing its creative and demanding culture, Skyline transformed this three floor former Gap office at Hills Plaza into a Google-branded environment complete with a an interconnecting 40 ft. “slide” between floors, a 500 sq. ft. data center and a commercial-grade café.

Showers and bike racks were installed for 5% of Google's employees
20% reduction in water use
64% of demolition and construction waste was recycled
10% of building materials and products were reused
53% of construction materials were manufactured locally
21% of construction materials were of recycled content
51% of wood-based materials were FSC certified
IAQ management before and after construction were achieved
