With over 20 years of experience in commercial real estate services, David is one of the original founders of Skyline Construction. In 2004 he assumed the role of CEO and shifted the company's focus from landlord build outs to tenant improvement work and data center construction.

In 2005 David restructured Skyline as a 100% employee stock ownership plan
(ESOP) and established a system of open book management, virtually unheard of in the construction industry. The result is an ownership culture where employees are vested in the success of every project, leading to partnerships with top-tier clients such as McKesson, Google, Jamba Juice, Sharper Image, Bank of America, Wells Fargo and Wachovia.

David was previously a director of operations for American Building Maintenance (ABM) and currently oversees operations in Skyline's San Francisco and Santa Clara offices. In his role as CEO, he develops and maintains client relationships, is responsible for strategic planning and personnel decisions, and implements Skyline's quality assurance and employee-training programs.

In addition to coordinating Skyline's extensive community and charitable involvement, David serves as a board member for BOMA (Building Owners and Managers Association of San Francisco).  He is also involved with Junior Achievement of the Bay Area, ALS Bob Packard Cup and The Alliance of CEOs.
