Leina has significant experience in the public and private sectors running commercial properties and facilities throughout the Bay Area and central California. She oversaw over two million sq ft of federal office and courthouse space, managed a 1.2 million sq ft data center, and oversaw the construction and leasing of commercial office space in multiple markets across the United States.

Leina is valued by her clients for her can-do attitude and ability to find innovative ways to meet their needs. Leina’s clients include: the headquarters build out for Shaper Image; the Jamba Juice Support Center; Google; McKesson Corporation; Gibson Dunn and Crutcher LLP; and SEGA. Her operational background is invaluable to the construction
team because she sees things from the client’s point of view and addresses issues before they become problems.

Leina holds a bachelors degree in Biology from Nebraska Wesleyan University in Lincoln and has earned multiple designations in her field. Leina is passionate about the development of her peers and values community involvement. She is the founder of a business networking and philanthropy group for women in the commercial real estate industry in San Francisco and Silicon Valley. She is also an active member of CoreNet Global Northern California Chapter and chairs a committee responsible for creating educational opportunities for real estate professionals under the age of 35.
