The ultimate goal for Align Technologies' 125,000 sq. ft. corporate headquarter campus renovation was to reuse as much of the existing construction as possible while modifying what was needed to suit Align's corporate culture and operational needs.  Align's two-building campus tenant improvement features new executive briefing centers and a Technology Development Lab where power and mechanical requirements had to be designed for equipment in use now as well as equipment not yet invented.
