This new LEED retail branch on Market and Kearny in downtown San Francisco is part of Wachovia’s retail pilot program. Special features included custom millwork, operable glass panel doors and a card reader system to verify customers’ identities. Skyline was responsible for coordinating Wachovia’s mechanical, millwork, security and signage vendors, and is proud to have completed this project on time and on budget.
